The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event in our lifetime and I first wish to express our support to all those affected, directly or indirectly, by COVID-19, and their care teams. We are grateful for the many professionals who tirelessly work to provide optimal care to patients.
Digital therapeutics – our products and more generally our industry sector – have an ever-increasing role to play to address the unmet needs of healthcare systems around the world, particularly during this challenging time calling for a massive utilization of remote patient monitoring solutions.
As an active member of the Digital Therapeutics Alliance, Voluntis fully supports the new campaign announced on April 7 to expand access to digital therapeutics for a large number of patients and providers around the world.

Since the beginning of March, Voluntis has closely monitored the virus progression and implemented recommended preventative measures to minimize the impact of the pandemic on its operations. The health and safety of our employees, partners, and communities are our priority - so is our responsibility in ensuring continuity of our healthcare products and services.
I am glad to say that Voluntis is currently fully operational:
- The majority of our staff is based in the Greater Boston Area and the Greater Paris Region. In both cases, local authorities have strongly encouraged working from home and our company has implemented this policy across our sites.
- All our teams are able to work from home without disruption.
- We are able to deliver the same high quality across our product and services (software design and development, secure hosting, technical support, maintenance, business intelligence, etc.) thanks to robust and proven processes and infrastructure.
- We are working closely with our critical suppliers to ensure the same continuity of service.
We are monitoring the situation continuously and will adjust our approach to the evolution of the pandemic and the directions provided by local government and health authorities.
